Ported from our Joomla 1.0 x version, here is the Amplify Joomla 1.5 Contact Module
The Amplify quick Contact Module allows you to publish a simple contact form on your Joomla site. Have a "Quick Contact" us form on the side of your Joomla pages so your users can easily contact you. It's simple, we like to do things that way.... but its really cool!
You can style the form using our css sheet provided, and it is set to mail using whatever your default Joomla mail config is, meaning its not just restricted to php sendmail. The ampcontact module also has validation on the form fields, helping to make sure all entered info is legit!
Some users have disabled the fields and just left the message field, allowing a quick sidebox "Comment Module". Bend it, twist it, do what you want with it! PS: no mails will be sent from this demo.
